What areas does StrictLee Towing serve?

StrictLee Towing is based in Huntersville, NC and serves Huntersville, Cornelius, Davidson, Mooresville, Concord and Charlotte, plus surrounding towns in the Lake Norman and greater Charlotte area. What are your hours?

We are open 24 hours on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. On Tuesday we are available from 10 PM to midnight, on Saturday from 2 PM to midnight, and on Sunday from midnight to 9 AM and again from 3 PM to midnight. Our current hours are always listed on our Google Business Profile.

What types of vehicles can you tow?

We tow cars, pickup trucks and SUVs on a flatbed (rollback) truck, and we also tow recreational vehicles and watercraft. We handle vehicle pulling and small freight hauling too. If you have an unusual vehicle or load, call us to confirm before we dispatch.

Why use a flatbed tow truck?

On a flatbed (rollback) tow truck the whole vehicle rides on the bed, so none of its wheels touch the road during transport. That avoids extra wear on the drivetrain and tires and is the safest way to move all-wheel-drive vehicles, low vehicles and cars that cannot roll.

What roadside assistance services do you offer?

Our roadside assistance includes car lockout service, battery jumpstarts, fuel delivery, flat tire removal and repair, and spare tire installation. Many roadside problems can be fixed on the spot without a tow.

How much does a tow cost?

The price depends on the distance, the type of vehicle and the service you need. Call (980) 474-7069 with your location and destination and we will give you a price before we head out.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash or credit cards. We do not accept checks.

Can you tow my car to a repair shop or dealership?

Yes. We can deliver your vehicle to the repair shop, dealership or home address you choose, and we make sure the shop knows your vehicle has arrived.

What should I do while I wait for the tow truck?

If you can do so safely, move your vehicle off the road, turn on your hazard lights and stay well away from traffic. On a highway, it is usually safest to stay in your vehicle with your seatbelt on unless there is smoke or fire. Tell us your exact location, such as the road, the nearest exit or mile marker, or a landmark, and have your keys ready.
