My car will not start. Do I need a tow or a jumpstart?

If the engine clicks or the dash lights are dim, a dead battery is the most likely cause and a jumpstart usually gets you moving. If the car still will not start after a jump, or the battery keeps dying, it needs a tow to a shop. Describe what the car is doing when you call and Lee will tell you which one makes sense.

I locked my keys in the car. What should I do?

Call (980) 474-7069 and say whether a child or pet is inside. If anyone is locked in a hot car, call 911 first. StrictLee opens locked cars as part of its lockout service.

I ran out of gas. Can you bring fuel?

Yes. Fuel delivery brings enough gas to get you to the nearest station. Tell Lee whether the vehicle takes gasoline or diesel.

Can you fix a flat tire?

StrictLee removes flat tires, repairs them and puts on your spare. If the tire cannot be repaired and there is no usable spare, the car can be towed to a tire shop.

How do I pay for roadside assistance?

Cash or credit card. Checks are not accepted. Every job is quoted by phone first.
